Roasted Red Potato with Garlic and Rosemary

Ingredients
1 lb Red Potatoes1 Serving Cooking Spray1 Tbs Finely Chopped Fresh Rosemary1 tsp Salt1 tsp Black Pepper1 tsp Garlic Powder
Directions
Cut potatoes into equal sized chunks with skin on. Spray with cooking spray for about 2 seconds. Place in a medium bowl and add remaining ingredients. Toss to coat potatoes with herbs.
Spread evenly on a cooking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until you can easily pierce potatoes with a fork.
Enjoy!
