White Chili

Ingredients
2 Chicken Breast1 Tsp. Oil1 Med. Onion Chopped2 Cloves Garlis1 14.5 oz Stewed Tomatos3 Cans (15oz) Small White Chili Beans1/3 Cup Chopped Cilantro Grated CheeseSome Lime Juice1 Can green ChilisOreganoCayenne Pepper
Directions
Heat Oil in pan add chicken, saute over med. heat until pink is almost gone. Add onion and garlic saute and stir until onion is clear and Chicken is lightly brown. Return to low heat add the Tomatos, Beans, Cilantro, Lime juice, Green Chilis, Oregano, and Cayenne Papper.
Let Simmer for about 5-15 min or until hot.
Server with grated cheese on top and injoy.

    We made ours with rotel tomatoes to cut out the green chilies. We got it hot and had the tomato taste and it was great. - 4/4/10
