Ingredients
Directions
1 cup sugar1/4 tsp saltpinch of cinnamonlarge egg white1 1/2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier2 cups pecans
Preheat oven to 325. Line jellyroll pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon in one small bowl.
Whisk together Grand Marnier and egg white in a larger bowl. Mix in pecans (carefully not to break them up). Mix in sugar.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until pecans are browned, stirring every 10 minutes. It will look like the coating is coming off (it's not). Stir from the outside in to keep pecans on the edges from burning, and watch closely since sugar burns easily. Transfer to wax paper to cool.
