My Pizza

Ingredients
2 2/3 C flour1 C water2 Tbsp canola oil1 pkg yeast1 tsp sugar4 oz mozzarella cheese6 oz sargento italian cheese1/2 C tomato sauce1 1/2 oz pepperoni
Directions
Add yeast to warm water and sugar. Let sit 10 minutes/til foamy. Meanwhile place flour in bowl with whatever spices you like (I use garlic powder, onion powder, basil, oregano, and pepper flakes). Make a well and add oil. Pour yeast mix over flour and mix together. If too sticky add 1 T of flour. Knead for 5 minutes and place in greased bowl. Cover and let raise 1 1/2-2 hours. Flatten on pizza stone that has been greased with oil and add toppings. Bake @ 375 for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is brown and bubbly. Makes 12 slices.
