Hearty Chili Stew

Ingredients
2.5 lbs ground turkey1 medium onion3 small red potatoes2 tsp minced garlic2 cans pureed tomatoes4 medium stalks of celery2 tsp Splenda2 tsp Worcestershire sauce4 cans kidney beansSEASONING:2 Tbsp chili powder1 Tbsp cumin.5 tsp oregano1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions
Spray a large cooking pot with cooking spray. Add the ground turkey, onion, and garlic into the pot. Cook and stir over medium-high heat until the turkey is well-cooked and no pink remains. Stir in the tomatoes, potatoes, celery, seasoning, Splenda, and Worcestershire sauce. Heat to boiling, then reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 90 minutes. Then add the beans to the chili mixture. Bring the mixture to a second boil, then reduce heat and simmer chili uncovered another 30 minutes or so. This recipe freezes well and yields about 20 one-cup servings.
