Golden Plump Recipe-Chicken Hurry Curry

Ingredients
1 1/2 plain nonfat yogurt2 tsp Curry Powder2 tsp minced fresh ginger (or 3/4 tsp ginger powdered)1 tsp paprika1/2 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp salt substiture16 oz Gold'n Plump Chicken Strips1 c. finely chopped onion1/2 c. golden raisins
Directions
1. Stir together yogurt, curry powder and ginger in a small bowl; set aside.
2. Stir together paprika, pepper and salt in a small bowl. Rub the chicken with the mixture.
3. Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. On medium-high heat cook chicken and onion, stiring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes until the chicken is lightly browned and thorougly cooked.
4. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add yogurt mixture and raisins. Stir gently for 3 minutes or until yogurt is warmed through and raisins are slightly plumped
