0.5 or half of a cucumber1 red or yellow bell-pepper1 avocado2 carrotsmaybe half a head of lettuce1 chicken breast, no skin. Olive oilBalsamic vinegar
Chop and mix all ingredients.
Mix two thirds olive oil and one third balsamic vinegar, add some salt, sugar, chili flakes, pepper to taste. If you make more that you want, cover it and store in a dry place or bottle and use
again.
Serve and enjoy!
