Asian burgers

Ingredients
1 Cup bread crumbs1 Large egg1 tbsp minced garlic1/2 tbsp dried groung ginger1/4 Cup Chives (or green onions)2 tbsp Soy Sauce1 lb lean ground beef
Directions
1. In a bowl, mix everything together with a fork.

2. Divide into 6 equal parts, making 6 patties with your hands. I find it works best to freeze patties on wax paper on a cookie sheet for 10-20 minutes as it holds together better while starting the cooking process)

3. Place in a hot frying pan, or on a hot BBQ and cook until well done. (however you usually cook burgers).
