Yogurt-less Smoothie

Ingredients
1 Cup of whole strawberries1 small banana1/2 cup of Pineapple- fresh 1 Cup non-fat milk1 cup iceA touch of honey if additional sweetness is desired.
Directions
Blend all fruit and milk along with a cup of ice. Add a touch of honey if the fruit isn't quite sweet enough. Makes about 1.5 servings. (about 2.5 cups)
