Raw Vegan Coleslaw

Ingredients
1 Napa Cabbage - 4 cups3 Carrots - 2cups1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar1 1/2 tsp dry mustard1/2 cup olive oil1/2 tsp agave necter1/4 tsp sea salt1/4 ground black pepper
Directions
Mix vinegar, olive oil,necter,salt,pepper,mustard and flax seed together. whipping until creamy consistency

In another bowl grate the carrots, finely chop the onions and cabbage. gently stirring them together.

Fold the "sauce" mixture onto the cabbage,onion,carrot blend.
Stir well
and serve.

The recipe serves roughly 3-6 people.

    this is a great recipe but confusing you say to mix in the flax seed but it is not on the list of ingredients in the recipe so how much do I use - 4/10/13
