Biscuit thin crust hawiian + pizza

Ingredients
Biscuit Crust:1 cup whole wheat flourSalt and Pepper to taste1 tsp baking powder2 tbsp olive oil1/4 cup milk (this is approximate)Toppings:1/8 - 1/4 cup pizza sauce1/2 small onion chopped or rings1/2 medium bell pepper (your choice of colour)4 slices ham lunch meat chopped6 oz cooked shrimp1/2 cup chopped pineapple4 oz grated mozzarella cheese
Directions
Biscuit crust:

mix dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add the olive oil and mix again. Then mix in about 1/2 the milk. The dough should just hold together, if its still too dry add more of the milk. Press into a pizza pan or small cookie sheet.

Toppings:

Spread Pizza sauce over the crust evenly. Sprinkle rest of toppings over crust, ending with cheese.

Bake at 400 F for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.

Serve with veggies and dip or a nice salad. Serves 3 - 4
