Egg Salad on Rye Bread Sandwiches

Ingredients
1/4 cup Mayonnaise1-1/2 teaspoon Yellow Mustard1/2 Lemon, Juiced (optional) 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onion (optional)6 Hard Boiled Eggs, Peeled Salt and Pepper to Taste8 Slices of Rye Bread
Directions
1_ In a bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, yellow mustard, lemon juice, and green onions.

2_ Chop the eggs into big chunks and mix gently with the wet mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
