Baked Corn Casserole

Ingredients
1 can whole kernel corn1 can cream style corn1/2 c. chopped onion1/2 c. chopped green pepper2/3 c. skim milk1 egg, well beaten1 c. cracker crumbs1 c. Cheddar Cheese1/4 c. butter melted
Directions
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into a large casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

    I have this recipe. I use low fat cheese. My family lives this casserole. I have taken it to church suppers and never have any left. Someone always wants the recipe. - 12/24/10

    I thought this turned out pretty well. I cut back on the amount of cheese and used fat free cheddar. I also used a butter substitute to lower the fat calories just a bit. - 11/19/10
