Patsy's Green Chili Stew

Ingredients
2 lbs stew meat3 Tbsp canola oil1 large onion4 garlic cloves, minced1 red pepper30 oz fire roasted green chilies1 15 oz can tomatoes1 quart of beef broth1.5 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1.5 tsp cumin1.5 tsp chili powder1 cup non fat greek yogurt.5 cup cilantro for garnish
Directions
Saute onions, garlic, and peppers in oil until tender. Add stew meat and all spices. Simmer until meat is browned.

Simmer until tender. Pour over mashed potatoes, or rice.

Serves 8 1 cup servings.
