Potato Cheese Casserole

4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced1 1/2 tsp margarine1 cup chopped onion1 tsp crushed garlic2 tbsp all-purpose flour1 3/4 cup skim milk1 tsp dried dillweedSalt and pepper, to taste1/2 cup shreeded light marble cheese
Spray large baking dish with nonstick spray.
Layer potato slices in pan.
In a medium nonstick saucepan, melt margarine; saute onions and garlic for 5 minutes or until softened. Add flour and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Slowly stir in milk, simmer until thickened, stirring constantly, 3-4 minutes. Add dill; season with salt and pepper.
Pour sauce over potatoes; sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake about 1 hour until potatoes are tender.
Serves 4.
