Lazy Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
1 can cream of chicken soup (or mushroom)2 cups diced chicken5 oz frozen mixed veggies (1/2 package)1 tsp thymesalt and pepper1 cup bisquick1/3 cup nonfat milk
Directions
in a 9x9 casserole dish, combine undiluted soup, veggies, chicken, thyme and salt and pepper.

In a seperate bowl, mix 1 cup of bisquick and 1/3 cup of milk (recipe uses non fat milk). stir to combine. Pour on top of soup/chicken mixture.

Cook at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until the bisquick topping is golden brown.
