herbed artichoke cheese tortellini

Ingredients
Italian style diced tomatoes artichokestortellini pasta with cheese fillingolives onions and parmesan cheese
Directions
Drain tomatoes and artichokes, reserving about 1/3 cup from each.
Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Set aside.
In a large skillet, saute onion in olive oil. Add reserved tomatoes, tomato juice and artichoke liquid.
Bring to a boil and simmer until slightly thickened.
Drain tortellini. Add to tomato mixture.
Stir in olives and artichokes. Heat through.
