Salmon Cake

1 pkg. (6 oz.) Stove Top Stuffing Mix 1/3 Cup Kraft Miracle Whip light 2 Can 6 oz. each) salmon drained, skin and bones discarded 1 Tbl lemon juice 1 Cup Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 1 chopped green onion
MIX together stuffing mix with 3/4 cup water, mayonnaise, fish, lemon juice, cheese, onions (if desired). Cover and refrigerate 10 min.~
HEAT a large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat.
Shape 1/2 cupfuls of the stuffing mixture into patties; add to skillet in.batches.~
COOK 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides, turning over carefully.~
