Salmon with Mango Salsa

Ingredients
3oz Salmon FiletChopped 1/3 of whole mangoChopped cilantroChopped half a cup of bell peppersChopped fresh chivesChopped cup of tomatosChopped cup of red onionsSqueeze of Lime juice3 tbsp of olive oil1 tsp of red pepper or chilli oil3 tbsp of lemon juicedash of black pepper
Directions
Start with the salmon, sprinkle a dash of black pepper then marinate in lemon juice. Heat olive oil and mix in either red chilli pepper or red chilli oil. (add or lessen to spicy preference) Cook in pan or grill until done. Chop mango, cilantro, red or white onions, green bell pepper, tomato, fresh chives, (you can add jalepeno if you want the added kick) squeeze lime juice. Put salsa over salmon before serving.
