Ingredients
1 large can of refried beans1 regular can of bush's black beans1 medium tub fat free sour cream1 packet taco seasoning1 small can black olives3 medium tomatoes3 avocados1 half cup green onions chopped2 cups mozzarella cheese - shredded low fat
Directions
in a large baking pan spread refried beans along bottom.
Add black beans
mix taco seasoning into sour cream and spread onto dish
spread chopped green onions and tomatoes
spread mashed avocado
spread black olives
spread cheese

    The bad thing about dips is I don't know one person who sticks to the amount listed as a serving. It's almost impossible. This is a great recipe but I was able to make it more tasty and cut the fat by omitting one of the avocados, used Weight Watchers Mexican shredded cheese, use Nonfat beans too. - 5/19/11
