Two bags of Lipton TeaOne Packet of Equal or SplendaMilk (Skim milk) to taste
Directions
Boil one cup water in two packets of lipton tea. Once at a full boil, allow boil for 2 mins. At sugar and milk to tast.

    Honestley, traditional chai does not. Just the western version of it does.
