Curry Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Ingredients:-3 cups cubed cooked chicken breast-1 medium apple, finely chopped-1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted- 2 Tbs golden raisins- 2 Tbs dried cranberries- 1/2 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt-1/4 cup apricot preserves (I didn't have so I used orange marmalade)-2 Tbs curry powder (I'll half this the next time I make)-1 Tbs Dijon mustard-1/2 tsp salt- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp pepper- lettuce leaves
Directions
Combine the first five ingredients, add the rest of the ingredients, toss to coat, serve on lettuce leaves.

I rolled the salad in the lettuce.
