Tuna Egg pie

Ingredients
2 small cans of flavoured tuna (preferrably the same, ie tomato and onion)1/2 cup of light grated cheese1/2/cup of Self Raising flour3 large eggs1 tbsp pf dried parsleysalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients into a bowl, mix thoroughly.
Pour into a well greased quiche dish.
Bake in moderate oven for 15-20 minutes.
When cooked cut into 6 pieces and enjoy with a tossed salad.
