Cold gazpacho soup

Ingredients
4 medium ripe tomatoes1/5 medium to small onion (white or red)1 garlic clove1/3 cucumber with peel1/2 bell pepper (green, red, or yellow)1 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp soy sauce1/2 tsp basil (dry)1/2 tsp parsley (dry) use fresh for garnish1 tsp black pepper1 tbsp lemon juice50 ml red wine (dry)
Directions
Makes 2 large bowls.

Chop everything and mix together with spices and liquids. Puree until soup consistency is acquired. Dish into soup bowls, add an ice cube to keep cool - garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with 1 - 2 very thin toasted slices of brown or wholewheat bread, or enjoy just as is.
