Ingredients
220g Leeks Trimmed & Sliced1 Chicken Breast Diced125g Button Mushrooms Sliced300ML Creme Fraiche250g Fresh Egg Penne Pasta, cooked drained and cooledExtra Virgin Olive OilCracked Black Pepper
Directions
Serves 2
Fry the chicken over a high heat until turning brown
Add the Leeks & Mushrooms and soften then season with a little Pepper
Add the Creme Fraiche stir and cook through
Add the Cooked Penne and allow to simmer for a couple of minutes
Season with salt to taste
