Lo-Cal Cabbage Stir Fry with Turkey Sausage

Ingredients
6-oz. Louis Rich turkey smoked sausage1/2-c. Onions3-c. Cabbage1/4-c Red peppers1/2 Head of broccoli2-tbsp Canola oil2-tsp Garlic1-tbsp Oyster sauceWater (to help thin oyster sauce)Cooking spray
Directions
Chop sausage small so a little goes a long way!

Cook onions, peppers & sausage first with cooking spray. Add garlic after so it doesn't burn. Remove food from pan.

Add oil to pan. Add broccoli and cabbage. Add oyster sauce. Add water so it mixes to a thin sauce. Add the veggies & sausage back. Give a quick stir. Pepper to taste (oyster sauce has salt already).

If you keep veggies pre-chopped it saves a lot of time and you can use for lots of dishes!
