Homemade V&O salad dressing

Ingredients
3T White wine vinegar1T Red wine vinegar1/2 T Dijon mustardSalt to taste (about 1/4 t)Black pepper to taste3/4 of a clove of garlic - crushed (unless its a small clove)8T canola oilMix the first 6 ingredients in a salad serving bowl, add your torn lettuce and any other vegies to the salad. When you're ready to serve the salad, pour the canola oil over the salad and toss.
