Italian Pasta Salad

Ingredients
Ronzoni Rotini Pasta, 16 oz BoxOlive Oil, 1/2 cup distilled white vinegar, 1/2 cupRed Bell Peppers, 2 medium choppedGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 4 cloves, dicedBasil, 6 leaves, finely choppedOregano, ground, 1 tsp Parsley (fresh), 1 tbsp, finely chopped
Directions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta, and cook for 8 minutes, until al dente. Drain, and transfer to a large bowl. Stir in enough olive oil & vinegar to coat, but not so that it pools at the bottom of the bowl. Mix in the red and green bell peppers, tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, basil, parsley, oregano. Mix in the Parmesan cheese. Refrigerate atleast 20 minutes before serving. Taste the salad as you are preparing it, you may like more or less ingredients. (you can add halved cherry tomatoes for a nice twist as well)
