Vegan Cashew Ranch Sauce

1/3 cup cashews, soaked in hot water for at least 30 minutes and drained1 T. nutritional yeast1 t. apple cider vinegar1 to 2 t. dried dill weed1/4 cup soy milkReal Salt, if desired
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. It may be necessary to stop the blender partway through to scrape the sides.
