Ingredients
1.5 cup amish friendship starter3 eggs1 lb canned pumpkin 1 cup sugar1.5 cups flour.25 cup ground flax seed.25 cup oat bran1-1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 tsp vanilla extract1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice1/2 cup slivered almonds
Directions
Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients and pour into two greased loaf pans. Bake for 1 - 1-1/2 hours until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
