1 cup flour1/2 t baking powder1/8 t baking soda1/2 t salt1/3 C fat free french vanilla Stonyfield yogurt1 C brown sugar1 egg2 t vanilla
Directions
Cook at 350 for 20-25 minutes in a greased brownie pan, until a golden brown.

    UPDATE: i was storing them in the freezer. if you eat them straight out of the freezer instead of reheating, they stay soft but more brownie-like!

    they're a bit more cake-like than blondies i've had in the past. not sure if that's because it uses yogurt or if i just didn't bake them long enough - 8/2/13
