Semi Sinless Cheese Enchilada

Ingredients
6 6-inch corn tortillas1 onion and 3 cloves garlic, chopped 1 can Black Bean Refried Beans6 tbsp light cream cheese1.5 cup Low Fat mexican blend cheese1 can red enchilada sauce1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup1 medium tomato, chopped
Directions
Pan fry tortillas with cooking spray a couple minutes on each side to soften. Set aside, saute garlic and onion in cooking spray for five mintues. Fill each tortilla with 1/6 can of refried black beans. Mix 1 cup cheese and cream cheese; layer over black beans. Roll each enchilada, placing seam side down. Mix enchilada sauce with soup and cover enchiladas. Cover with foil and bake 20 min. at 350 degrees. Uncover, top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese, and bake another 10 minutes. Top with chopped tomato.
