Mushroom barley casserole

Ingredients
Barley, pearled, cooked, 2.5 cup Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices Green Beans (snap), .5 cupFeta Cheese, .1 cup, crumbled Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp
Directions
Chop onion.

Slice mushrooms.

Sauté onion and mushrooms and green beans.

Layer barley, cheese, onions and green beans in baking dish.

Top with grated parmesan cheese.
