Chicken Tandoori

Ingredients
1 kilo of deboned chicken1 cup yogurt3 tbps cooking oil2 tsps minced garlic2 tsps minced ginger1 tsp ground coriander1 tsp ground cumin1 tsp chili pepper1/4 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp ground turmeric1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and marinate chicken overnight. Pan grill chicken. Serve hot.

    The nutrition info on this is WAY off. A kilo is 2.2 pounds, so with 4 servings that is over 8 oz of chicken per serving, that would be 250 calories/serving for the chicken alone, not even counting the oil and yogurt, etc. - 10/4/07
