Directions
Pretty much add all ingredients in a mixer and blend until smooth. Serve with Veggies and Whole Wheat Tortilila Bread.

Very good and very high on protein!

    I just made something similar- with these amounts: 1c cottage cheese, 1/2 c hot salsa, 1tsp chopped jalapeno. I didn't blend them, just stirred altogether. Then ate with veggies and baked wheat pita chips. So freaking good! - 3/29/11
