Pasta E Fagioli

Ingredients
1/2 lb extra lean ground beef1 cup onion, chopped1 cup celery, chopped1 cup carrots, julienne or coarsely chopped2 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, no salt added1 (15 oz) can Kuner's kidney beans with liquid1 (15 oz) can Kuner's great northern or pinto beans with liquid2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce3 to 4 cups water1 tbsp vinegar1 tsp. garlic powder1 1/4 tsp oregano 1 1/4 tsp basil1/4 tsp black pepper1 tsp thymedash of cayenne pepper1/2 cup ditalini pasta (uncooked)
Directions
Brown meat; drain. Add onions, celery, carrots and seasoning and saute for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except pasta, simmer for 1 hour. About 50 minutes into simmer time, add pasta. Cook for about 15 minutes until pasta is done. Serving size 1 cup.
