Crab-stuffed ravioli

Ingredients
six oz lump crab meat, drained1/2 cup part skim ricotta cheese42 round won-ton/potsticker pasta wraps1/2 tsp each, oregano and basil.20 cup of grated parmesan cheesedash to 1/2 tsp of garlic salt
Directions
Mix the drained crab, ricotta, seasonings, salt, and parmesan cheese. Brush a won ton wrap with a bit of beaten egg. Spoon on about 2 tsp of filling in the middle of the wrap. Top with another wrap, and crimp shut around the edges. Repeat until you have 21 ravioli. Boil salted water. Drop in 7 at time, 3 batches. Serves seven people, for 3 ravioli each.
