Spanish Rice with Corn and Black Beans

5 cloves of garlic (change to taste, we love garlic)1 medium onion3 tbsp olive oil28 oz crushed tomatoes, no salt added7oz can chopped green chilies15.5oz can of black beanshot sauce, as needed
Sautee chopped garlic and onions in olive oil. Add crushed tomatos, chilies and 2 cups of water. Let simmer for 45 mins, keep an eye on it and add water as needed (I think I used over 3, maybe 4 cups total). Add beans and corn when everything is cooked and cover to heat through beans and corn. We added hot sauce, but its relatively mild spice wise.
