Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground turkey (97% fat free)2 whole eggs 1 can tomato paste2 tbsp olive oilturkey pepperonibell peppersmushroomsblack olivesMozzerella Veggie Shredsany other veggies you love.
Directions
This recipe made 8 large servings.
Cook ground turkey and let cool.
Beat two eggs and mix with ground turkey.
Press turkey mixture into bottom of a 9x13 pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Mix your tomato paste with olive oil and seasons of your choice.
Spread over turkey/egg mixture.
Add toppings and cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
