1 egg & 2 egg whites1/4 c low fat cottage cheese1/c c old fashion oakts1 tablespoon sugardash of vanilla extract
Directions
place all in blender until smooth. bake on a 350 griddle or a med hot skillet lightly greased with canola oil.
