Ingredients
* 1/4 cup ~ Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) * 2tbsp ~ A1 steak Sauce * 1 ~ Whole Grain English Muffin * 2 slices ~ Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, * 1 slice ~ medium Ripe Tomato * 2 slices ~ Lean Canadian Bacon
Directions
Yield: One mcMuffin.

Cook Canadian Bacon til brown then scramble eggs in same pan. While they're cooking toast the muffin in the toaster. Layer ingredients over the toasted muffin and serve.
