Claire's Grilled Pork Kabobs / Gyros Cucumber Sauce

Ingredients
1 carton (8 oz) sour cream*1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped1 tbsp onion, chopped1 tbsp parsley1/4 tsp garlic salt* can substitute 8oz plain yogurt + 1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Combine all ingredients; cover and refrigerate for serveral hours.

Can be assembled at the same time preparing pork - refrigeration overnight blends the flavors well!

    I changed a few ingredients...fresh dill for mint. Fresh garlic instead of the garlic salt. I squeezed a half lemon and lime for a zest. Finally, I used half cup of each sour cream and half Greek yogurt. I could only use what I had on hand. Thank you for sharing your recipe. - 7/12/10
