Manicotti, American Beauty dry pasta, 8 oz box, 8 oz *Sorrento Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese, 15 oz container*cheese, mozerella partskim, 2 cup (grated)Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp Spaghetti Sauce, 3 cup Salt, 1tspblack pepper 1/2 tsp

Heat to boiling spaghetti sauce plus 1 cup of water.
Put a small amount of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a 9x13x2 pan.
Combine cheeses, parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl. Stuff the uncooked pasta shells. Arrange filled pasta in a single layer. Pour remaining sauce over pasta. Cover with foil. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes longer.
