Ingredients
1lb ground beefonioncan cream of mush soupcan cream of chicken soup1/2 cup minute rice 1 T. worchestshire 1 T soy sauce
Directions
brown ground beef and onions
add soups, rice and sauces, stir,
put in greased 1.5 quart baking dish
bake for 30 min at 350
sprinkle wiht chow mein noodles on top (if desired) and bake 30 more minutes
