Ingredients
1 large egg1/4 canola oil or cooking spray1/2 cup chopped white onion1 cup chopped tomatoes1 clove of garlic (chopped)1/4 cup chopped Jalapeno Peppers1 corn tortillawater (if is need it)
Directions
Make 1 serving
1.-Salsa:

In a sauce pan add chopped onion, tomatoes, garlic and jalapeno pepper, add salt and pepper to taste. Cook for about 12 minutes or salsa is cooked.

2.-In a pan add the canola oil or cooking spray , cook the eggs the way that you like it.

3.-Heat the tortilla.

4.-Arrange the tortilla in a plate, put the egg on top and add the salsa at the end.
Enjoy it!
