Carrot Cake Protein Bars

Ingredients
# Carrots, raw, 2 cup, grated# Oat Bran, 1 cup# *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup# Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp# *Sorrento Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese, 6 oz# Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Vanilla, 8 oz# Smuckers Natural Peanutbutter Creamy, 8 tbsp# Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein, 170 gram(s)# Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed# Egg, fresh, 2 large # *Powdered Skim Milk, 1 cup# Raisins, .5 cup, packed# Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped
Directions
Mix it together dry ingredients first than the moist and add the moist to the dry. Add to whatever size pan you like. I use a 11 X 14 lined with parchment paper . Bake at 350 for 20 to 35 minutes or until the center reaches 205 degrees.
I tried the Vanilla Whey and it was good too maybe even better.
