Ingredients
1 ripe banana175ml/6 fl oz/3 quarters of a cup of ice-cold skimmed milk

Break the banana into pieces and puree in a blender or food-processor. Add the milk in a steady stream and blend until thick and frothy. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
