It's OK but taste nothing like potato salad. - 1/30/19

This is terrific! Only thing wrong is the calorie calculation: 1/2 of a hard boiled egg,not 1/2 cup! 39 calories of egg, not 106. A serving has 84 calories, not 151. - 7/3/14

This looks good, but the cholesterol is too much for my heart healthy limits. - 8/21/17

I used regular mayonnaise and left out the pickle relish, but it was delicious. I didn't leave it overnight either but ate it shortly after it was made. My family enjoyed it too. - 8/9/11
