Ingredients
1/2 kg minced lamb meat 1/2 tsp red chilli powder salt to taste 1/8 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp cooking oil handful of coriander leaves (cilantro leaves) water for cooking
Directions
1. Heat oil , add minced meat and chilli, salt, turmeric and ginger garlic paste and cook on medium flame till dry.
2. Add 1 cup water and cook till oil comes on sides or meat is soft.
3. add coriander leaves and cook for 5 minutes with the pan covered.
serve hot with chapati or bread or lettuce or cabbage leaves.
