3 eggs1.5 cups dashi1.5 tbsp mirin1.5 tbsp soy.25 cup edamame1 chicken thigh skinned and boneless cut into smallish pieces.
Mix eggs, dashi, soy and mirin until smooth. Add to each cup or bowl add shrimps, a bit of chicken, and edamame. Steam in double boiler for 15 minutes until fully congealed. Texture should be very light and smooth with a bit of dashi broth left over.
